Parent Helper

Registration Information

Registration is held at the Wayne Community Center,
located at 4635 Howe Road, on the corner of Howe and Annapolis. 
 

Additional Registration Dates Added!

Additional registration dates have been added. 
Thursday, March 4th, and Thursday March 11th from 7-9 pm. 
Saturday, March 13 from 12 - 2pm.

 

Registration dates are:

Thursdays:
February 4th, February 11th, February 18th, February 25th

7PM – 9PM

 

Saturdays:
February 13th, February 27th

9AM – 1PM

 The deadline for registration is February 27th.  Registrations received after that date will be assessed a late fee.  Due to team limits, being placed on a waiting list is a possibility. 


The cut-off date for league age determination is April 30th.


To expedite the registration process, please download and print  the registration form below and fill out all information prior to attending the registration night.  If you cannot register during this time, please call (734) 722-6400 and leave a message.

Please note this requires you to have Adobe installed on your computer.  If you do not have Adobe, you can download a free version here.

**In addition to the registration fee, your choice is to sell candy for the first registered player, or pay an option fee of $60.00.  Any additional registered players from the same family are required to sell candy, or pay an option fee of $20.00. 

*Parent Helper kids are not required to do the fundraiser. 

**Candy money must be paid for in full at the time of registration**

All new registrants must show proof of birth date.  Registrants from all cities are welcome.  Included in the registration fee is a complete uniform - hat, shirt, and pants.  Please provide correct shirt and pant size at the time of registration to insure proper fit.

Deadline for registration is March 1st.  Applications received after that date will be assessed a $10.00 late fee.  Any applications received after this date may possibly be put on a waiting list if teams are already filled.

Due to changes within the Pony baseball program, the new age cut-off date is now April 30th instead of July 31st.
